Beachy Baby (ABN: 35 607 167 466) All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Woolloomooloo, Sydney, Australia. We ship to New Zealand, Canada, US & UK. 

Tracking: All orders are fully trackable, and an email confirmation, including tracking details, will be sent to you when your parcel has been dispatched.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, our Woolloomooloo warehouse team requires time to meticulously pick and pack your items. This processing time is separate from the carrier's shipping estimate (via Australia Post or any other courier).

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
  • Peak Period Processing: During high-volume periods, such as new collection releases or major sales, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Note: Selecting Express Shipping only speeds up the transit time; it does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders are processed sequentially based on the time they were placed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are a guide only and are not a guarantee.

Standard Shipping ($10.00) 2-8 business days once dispatched.

3. Lost, Damaged, and Returned Parcels

A. Lost or Damaged During Transit

The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier (Australia Post or courier).

  • We are not responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, you must contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

B. Incorrect Address & Abandoned Shipments

Please ensure you enter your address correctly at checkout - We deliver where you tell us to!

  • Returned to Sender (Non-Collection): If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or failure to collect from a postal outlet in time, you will be required to pay an additional delivery fee for re-shipment.
  • Abandoned Shipments: Should a shipment be abandoned (refused) due to non-payment of customs fees or taxes, the customer forfeits their rights to the goods and any associated refund.
